01 — Challenge

The Challenge.

Real estate search is intensely competitive. Visibility depends on ranking for a broad mix of high-intent and location-driven queries, and every major portal and developer is fighting for the same results. Pretty Homes India already had substantial search visibility, with over 800K impressions a quarter. More impressions alone wouldn't move the business. The challenge was converting existing visibility into more qualified clicks while holding first-page rankings across competitive keywords.

We ran a data-driven SEO programme combining technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword targeting, content refinement, and internal linking, driven by continuous Search Console analysis. The focus was on strengthening pages that were already ranking and pulling more clicks from them, while identifying new opportunities for growth.

The Solution.

03 — Strategy

Strategic Thinking.

The underlying reasoning and competitive insight that shaped our approach.

The underlying reasoning and competitive insight that shaped our approach. For a site with established visibility, the biggest untapped growth sits in its existing impressions. A property page shown thousands of times but rarely clicked is lost demand. Recovering it is faster and cheaper than ranking for new terms. So we optimised for engagement, not just exposure. We identified which queries drove impressions but not clicks, which pages had unrealised ranking potential, and where search intent and page content didn't match. Then we sharpened titles, meta descriptions, structure, and content so each result gave property seekers a clearer reason to click. We treated this as a continuous cycle of research, optimisation, measurement, and refinement rather than a one-time fix.

04 — Execution

How We Did It.

01

Analysed search queries across the property search journey, isolating the queries driving impressions without clicks and the pages with the most ranking potential

02

Optimised on-page elements on priority pages, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, keyword targeting, and search-intent alignment, to lift click-through rates

03

Refined existing content to answer property seekers' intent more completely across relevant real estate topics.

04

Strengthened internal linking between related pages, clarifying topical relationships for search engines and guiding users deeper into the site.

05

Reviewed and optimised technical SEO so search engines could crawl, understand, and index the site efficiently.

06

Monitored clicks, impressions, CTR, position, queries, and page-level performance in Google Search Console, then fed every insight back into the next optimisation round.

05 — Outcomes

What Happened.

Comparing the latest three months with the previous three, organic clicks rose from 10,922 to 12,075, a 10.56% increase. Impressions grew only 1.19%, from 805,967 to 815,531. In other words, traffic grew almost nine times faster than visibility, which shows the gains came from converting existing impressions rather than simply being seen more. Average CTR improved from 1.4% to 1.5%, a 7.14% lift in search engagement. The site's average position moved from 5.8 to 6.5 as it gained visibility across a wider range of queries, while holding a first-page average throughout. 10,922 → 12,075 organic clicks, +10.56% 805K → 815K organic impressions, +1.19% 1.4% → 1.5% average CTR, +7.14% 6.5 average search position, on page one

06 — Conclusion

The Takeaway.

SEO growth isn't always measured in more impressions. For sites with established visibility, the real lever is turning existing reach into traffic. By optimising pages that already ranked, Pretty Homes India grew organic clicks 10.56% on just 1.19% more impressions and lifted CTR by 7.14%, all while holding a first-page average in one of search's most competitive categories
