01 — Challenge
The Challenge.
Urban Sketch, a Hyderabad-based architecture and interior planning studio, had strong design work but no system for capturing demand. Enquiries came in through scattered channels: calls, DMs, and referrals. None of them were qualified by budget, property type, or timeline. The design team was spending hours on low-intent conversations, and prospects who went quiet were never followed up.
We built a Meta Ads funnel geo-fenced to Hyderabad and Telangana. Every ad led straight into a WhatsApp chatbot integrated through the WhatsApp Business API. The bot qualified each lead on property type, project scope, location, and timeline, then routed serious prospects to the Urban Sketch team for site visits.

The Solution.
03 — Strategy
Strategic Thinking.
The underlying reasoning and competitive insight that shaped our approach.
The underlying reasoning and competitive insight that shaped our approach. Architecture and interior buyers don't fill out forms. They want a conversation, and in India that conversation happens on WhatsApp. Web forms add friction and lose people, so we made WhatsApp the conversion point itself. Visual-first Meta creatives showed finished spaces, walkthroughs, and before/after reveals. Instant chatbot engagement then met homeowners at peak interest and qualified them automatically. As a result, the studio only spoke to prospects ready to discuss scope, budget, and timelines.
04 — Execution
How We Did It.
Mapped Urban Sketch's ideal client profile: homeowners and property buyers across Hyderabad and Telangana planning architecture or interior projects.
Structured Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, split between interior design and architectural planning, with location targeting locked to the region.
Produced portfolio-led ad creatives, including completed spaces, walkthrough reels, and design transformations, all built to trigger enquiries.
Integrated WhatsApp Business API chatbot flows as the campaign endpoint, so every ad click opened a live, guided conversation.
Scripted qualification logic to capture property type, scope, location, and timeline, filtering out low-intent enquiries before handoff to the sales team.
Built a structured follow-up pipeline covering the first chat, site visit, quote, and close, so no qualified lead went cold.
05 — Outcomes
What Happened.
Within 90 days, the campaign generated WhatsApp enquiries across Hyderabad and Telangana at an average cost of ₹80–100 per lead. The chatbot filtered these down to 47 qualified leads. Five qualified leads moved to site visits, and all five received quotes. Four of those quotes converted into signed architecture and interior projects, now in the handover stage. That delivered a 133x return on ad spend and an 80% quote-to-close rate. Another 14 leads remain in active follow-up, so the return is still growing beyond the campaign window. 133x return on ad spend ₹80–100 average cost per lead 47 qualified leads in 90 days 5 → 5 → 4 site visits → quotes → projects closed 14 leads in active follow-up

06 — Conclusion
The Takeaway.
For architecture and interior studios, the constraint isn't reach. It's qualification. At ₹80–100 a lead, volume was cheap. Moving the conversion point to WhatsApp and letting a chatbot handle first-level screening meant Urban Sketch's team spent time only where it counted: on site, quoting, and closing. With 14 leads still in play, the system keeps compounding with every campaign cycle.
